Steve Harvey says in a relationship only the man should protect, provide, and profess. I think that statement is bull-crap and only adds to the old white gentrification of black relationships and house holds. Her womb was worshipped and taken care of not abused and controlled for its eve gene and pineal gland design. The original black woman was strong, intelligent, and independently capable. Relationships should not be 85/15 nor should it be 50/50. Relationships should be 100/100. Both the Man and the Woman should bring the 3 Ps to the table. Not one but Both should Protect, Provide, and Profess. Due to testosterone A man should protect his woman, physically. Due to estrogen a woman should protect her man, emotionally. Both the man and the woman should provide financially , this way no one is solely dependent on the other and no one looks like an unestablished sucker if things don’t work. All while both the man & woman continues to profess their love for one another. Only a woman could teach a man how to control his emotions. A king without heart becomes a tyrant thus a king no more.
